i did this praxis this morning, and the intention i came up with was NOT the one i would have mentally conjured up. But that's the beauty that happens when we set aside our minds and make room for unexpected magick.

i experienced such profound shifts that i immediately knew i wanted to share it with all of you.

Download the spellsheet (worksheets) below and follow these easy instructions:

  1. Set aside 10 to 20 minutes
  2. Light a candle inviting the medicine of Sun & Fire into your orbit.
  3. Take 3 cleansing and opening breaths as you center and call yourself back to yourself.
  4. Open your eyes and your self, allowing love to flow through and out of you onto the page.

This praxis is the first step to creating a season of magick and a life full of Wild Dreams realized.
